This group gives volunteers the chance to assist with organising and hosting large cultural events and activities for events including:
Health Talk Sessions
To provide a variety of lecture topic (Health Care, Aged Care, Nursing Care) to raise seniors' awareness and knowledge of health improvement
Australia introduction
To foster immigrants' integration in the society with more knowledge about Australia's policy and welfare
senior group
This activity gathers Seniors together to celebrate in order to remind them of "home". The activity also introduces these Cultural Events and Celebrations to the local community for elderly to all celebrate together.
Cultural Events
To celebrate Chinese traditional festivals- (Chinese New Year, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid Autumn Festival, Double Ninth Festival, Lantern Festival, Winter Solstice, etc.)
Aged Care Facilities Tours
To visit residential aged care and retirement villages, etc
